Recently I attended a school night dress up and decided to go like this. The plan was skirt with tied up shirts but doesn't everyone do that? So decided to do shorts, sadly i couldn't find my braces to add the touch i wanted! This shirt is lovely though but you guys can't see the back detailing it has a cut out. I honestly don't think I think my photos through properly when i take them. I promise I will try to improve!! The shorts have a scalloped cut which are surprisingly extremely flattering on my legs and they're also high waisted which is always a plus. Once again i've left out my heels! I paired the outfit with my lace up shoe boot heels which added a good touch thought knee high socks would be a bit OTT so i left it out.
Anyone have any ideas on how to dress up as a school girl?

I would probably do the whole geek chic school girl look with the frames like you wore, braces, a high waisted trouser, preppy shirt with silk bow - bit like the one in my latest post. In fact someone compared it to a school girl look haha!
